TERMS & CONDITIONS

A minimum spend of RM600 is required in a maximum of three (3) same-day receipts, with at least RM300 spent at Jaya Grocer.

1. Receipts must be from purchases made at Sunway 163 Mall during the campaign period.
2. At least one (1) receipt must be from Jaya Grocer, with a minimum spend of RM300.
3. Multiple receipts exceeding three (3) receipts are not eligible for combination.
4. Redemption must be made on the same day as the purchase at the designated redemption counter.
5. Redemption is limited to one (1) Exclusive Folding Shopping Cart per customer, while stocks last.
6. Only original printed receipts or valid e-receipts issued by participating tenants will be accepted.
7. Receipts that are duplicated, altered, damaged, incomplete, reprinted, handwritten, or suspected to be fraudulent will be rejected.
8. Bill payments, banking transactions, reload transactions, purchase of gift cards, deposits, rental payments, and other non-retail transactions are not eligible for redemption unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
9. Shoppers must present their receipt(s) and valid proof of purchase in person at the designated redemption counter for verification.
10. Once redeemed, receipt(s) will be stamped, marked, or recorded and cannot be reused for any other redemption or promotion.
11. The Exclusive Folding Shopping Cart is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other items.
12. Employees of Sunway 163 Mall, participating tenants, agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate unless otherwise approved by the organiser.
13. The organiser reserves the right to request additional information or verification for any redemption.
14. The organiser reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
15. The organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate the campaign and/or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
