By participating in the Cozy Cozy Redemption campaign, participants agree to these official Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Sunway Malls & Sunway 163 Mall (the “Organizers”).

1) Redemptions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

Redemption Hours:
- Mon - Thu: 11:00am – 7:00pm & Fri - Sun & Public Holidays: 12:00pm – 8:00pm
- Receipts issued outside these hours (10:00 -11:00am / 7:00 -10:00pm or 12:00 - 8:00pm) may be redeemed the next day, subject to availability.

2) To qualify, participants must spend:
- RM400 (or RM350 for UOB Cardmembers) in up to 3 combined receipts mall-wide; OR
- RM600 (or RM550 for UOB Cardmembers) in 2 receipts at Jaya Grocer.

3) Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase at the LG1 Concierge Counter.

4) Each eligible submission entitles the participant to one (1) Cozy Cozy Blind Box.

5) Bill payments and online purchases are not eligible for this campaign.

6) The Organizers reserve the right to amend rewards, activities, dates, or mechanics without prior notice.

7) All decisions made by Sunway 163 Mall Management are final and binding.

8) By participating, you consent to the Organizers using any photos/videos taken during redemption for marketing and publicity purposes.

9) The Organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation.

1) The protection of personal data is of utmost importance to Sunway Malls. All personal information collected for this redemption will be handled in accordance with the company’s Personal Data Protection Act 2021 Notice, available at https://www.sunwaymalls.com/privacy-notice/.

2) By participating, participants are deemed to have read the Notice and consent to the processing of their personal data as outlined within it.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in Christmas Workshops each participant agrees to follow these official terms & conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by Sunway Malls & Sunway 163 Mall (the "Organisers") including any interpretations.

Slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants must confirm their attendance at the venue 15 minutes before the session begins. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their slot, which will then be opened to other participants.

Workshop times and dates are subject to change without prior notice.

Sunway 163 Mall Management reserves the right to make the final decision on participant selection.

By participating, you consent to Sunway 163 Mall’s right to use photographs/videos taken during the workshops for marketing and publicity purposes.

The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the activity.

By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.
