1. By participating in Lights Out, Nature Shines | Earth Hour Community Gathering each participant agrees to follow these official terms & conditions and to be bound by any decisions made by Sunway Malls & Sunway 163 Mall (the "Organisers ") including any interpretations.

2. Slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Participants encourage to arrive 15 minutes before the session begins to secure the limited slots. Late arrivals or no-shows will forfeit their slot, which will then be opened to other participants.

4. Event times and dates are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Sunway 163 Mall Management reserves the right to make the final decision on participant selection.

6. By participating, you consent to Sunway 163 Mall’s right to use photographs/videos taken during the workshops for marketing and publicity purposes.

7. The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the activity.

8. By taking part in this activity, you are agreeable to the stated terms and conditions.
