By participating in the 163 Rewards Royale campaign, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Sunway Malls and Sunway 163 Mall Management ("the Organisers").

1. The campaign is valid from 13 July to 1 September 2026.
2. Participants must spend a minimum of RM163 mall-wide in a maximum of two (2) same-day combined receipts to qualify for one (1) entry.
3. Eligible receipts must be redeemed and submitted on the same day of purchase at the LG1 Concierge Counter.
4. Multiple entries are permitted throughout the campaign, provided each entry is supported by eligible receipts.
5. Six (6) winners will be selected through a random draw each week and announced every Tuesday at 5PM via Sunway 163 Mall's official social media platforms.
6. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in the entry form. Should a winner be unreachable within the stipulated timeframe, the Organisers reserve the right to select a replacement winner.
7. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other item.
8. Original receipts must be presented for verification. Duplicate, altered, damaged, handwritten, bill payment, online purchase, or non-qualifying receipts will not be accepted.
9. The Organisers reserve the right to amend the campaign mechanics, prize pool, winner selection process, campaign period, or these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
10. Sunway 163 Mall Management's decision on all matters relating to the campaign is final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
11. By participating, participants consent to the Organisers photographing or recording campaign-related activities and using such materials for advertising, promotional, publicity, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
12. The Organisers shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in this campaign or the acceptance and use of any rewards.
13. By participating in this campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
